Yeah same question LonelyGod asked. I think as much as I hated Bree being killed off, it grew on me. Not to say I would never turn down the chance to her back :)
i feel bad for you bree...i mean no one should have to go through with something so horrid.anyways, you should be proud of helping your friends out.well,ta ta for now
While I can see Bree being alive, the way the Ceremony seems to be performed - apparently transferring the trait positive's blood directly into the elder - is likely fatal, based on the assumption that all of Bree's blood is transferred. IMO, the only way Bree could have survived is if Bree, like Maggie from the Resistance, is a "pure-blood trait positive". I come to this conclusion based on Alderman's revelation of Maggie's pure-bood nature, as I understood it: according to Alderman, Maggie survived his experiments because she was able to regenerate in a manner comparable to the X-Man Wolverine due to the fact that she's trait positive. Would it be possible to replenish one's blood in that manner, though? If so, it'd make total sense that Bree could have survived.
@ Milowent (re: post 4) – dunno why it occurred to me to ask now and not quite a bit sooner, but I've gotta wonder: where's it been shown that Bree's alive? You mention an article in newsweek or time as the most recent example... or do you mean Jessica Lee Rose, the girl that played Bree?
