| So I don't really know the first thing about decoder rings, but the one I made doesn't have any 'O's on it. So I'm wondering how to decipher the "EO" in the puzzle. |

| Okay, so using the decoding ring, we find that only one number has '0' and '3'. That would be '30', which represents 'Em'. |

Okay. To me it looks like the eye on a stuffed animal. I think the colors would be the way they are because it is zoomed in so much.
