So, literally almost dry-heaved when the bandages came off. That's a first for the series. Obviously the capital letters spelled out other words. I didn't get the significance of the mass of words, other than it was made of smaller words.

Well all the words were generally just feelings accept for the word "crystal". So I'm guessing that the whole message was just "I'm sorry Crystal." Doesn't really give us any clues though. =/
