I have a feeling the "emma" is entirely on purpose. Maybe Crystal isn't the only girl he knows that has been taken  ... 

I think Emma was completely on purpose. In the description of the trailer, it said that heroes will return. I think eyeseeyou is someone we already know, possibly even Emma herself. They seem to want to help.
