I agree the people who think the Order may have gotten Bree. I hope not, but it just seems to be too much of a stretch for her to take Jonas' credit card ~ I can see her taking his car, but something like a credit card?? And leaving abruptly after Daniel had arrived? Wierd...

She was really depressed, so maybe she did act "out of character", and took off... but Jonas' "pity party" seems like a way to divert our attention. And Daniel does seem pretty calm ~ he's usually mellow, but it seems like he would be more concerned than he seems right now.

I think this is an excellent theory. It's consistent with Bree's disappearing without any sign of breaking and entering or other violence.

Even if she's only gone to meet her dad, though, I don't expect her to show up at Jonas's again. Either she's already been taken, or she'll be taken when she's at the rendezvous point.

I agree with arammat that the "Learning to Drive" vid laid the groundwork for her being able to borrow Jonas's car to meet her dad. We know for sure that Bree has at least had some driving lessons, whereas if we hadn't had that vid, we would undoubtedly have been speculating: "She's been so sheltered and homeschooled, she couldn't possibly know how to drive Jonas's car!" Etc.

I disagree with arammat, though, about the significance of the two different stories about missing money/credit cards. Given how much we study each video, the creators must be trying to make some kind of point here. What seems to make the most sense is that Jonas is trying to concoct a plausible story that will make Bree seem like the bad guy, and will prevent Daniel from being able to go to the cops -- which we know he's wanted to do, and what he probably would have done long ago if Bree hadn't been around to dissuade him.

If, in fact, Jonas is siding with the Order, it could be forced. Perhaps he is being blackmailed? Something along the lines of "Deliver us the girl and you might see your own parents alive again" wouldn't be entirely unreasonable.
