Bree, Ask if Jonas will teach you how to box, in case a smelly ol deacon comes at you out of nowhere. At least rent TaeBo videos, its important that you learn how to defend yourself a bit.

| LOL ya we've done a bit of boxing but it wasn't that much fun. I enjoy skateboarding a lot more because you actually go somewhere. I don't like standing still hitting a bag ... it seems kinda pointless. And when we did box Owen made Jonas look like a little girl. LOL it was so funny shhh don't tell him I told you! |

try moving around...you shouldn't stay still in boxing, and it's good for keeping your reflexes sharp!
I love owen. He's so cute. Is he fully healed? |

Nah, with all due respect, forget boxing. If it comes down to it (escaping is better than brawling, especially when one doesn't know how to brawl), remember the 4 "N's"- Nose, Neck, Nads and kNees. Whack the assailant in the naughty bits, make your escape.
[I'd suggest practicing *that* on Jonas]
