I've worked at a bajillion pizza kitchens...so it's not too bad to make. I make my own dough in my bread machine. I also use a pizza hut pan pizza pan. It always turns out better if you add provolone to your cheese.
I think I'm going to put panchetta, tomato, basil and fresh chopped garlic on it. Not sure.

Last night I was so nervous about my audition I had two peanut butter crackers and i thought I was going to barf so I had a bottle of water.

Not today... I've just felt sick all day. I think it's because I took some medication this morning on an empty stomach. That tends to make me queasy. It isn't my normal yucky stomach either. I hope this isn't the beginning of the flu!
