I dunno..everytime I try mixing it with cold water I have issues with it dissolving.

Hmmmm. Well, I'm gonna try doing a roux first anyways. Like I said, my BF's mom's gravy is AMAZING (honestly, I could suck it down like soup  ), and she does a roux. She also has one of those handy dandy grease seperating measuring cups, which I'd love, but the cabinet space in my apartment is shit so I might hold off.
Oh, and I'm having a cheesy chicken casserole for dinner tonight, going back on topic. |

Topic schmopic! 
I dunno what I'm having tonight. I discovered that ...you know those little toast crisp thingies in Gardetto's snack mix? Well, I discovered that you can now buy a bag of JUST THOSE.  I bought some...I may not eat dinner tonight.

LOL! I've done that with croutons before. 
Honestly, I'm sick of damn chicken. But it seems like we make the same things over and over again, and he's so picky it's hard to figure out something new. |

I have the same problem...too much chicken in the freezer and same stuff over and over...It doesn't help when the picky eater also has absolutely no ideas on what to cook, either. I hate the "I'm hungry." "What do you want?" "I don't know, just cook something."
So he can have leftovers.

Hee! I don't get that response, I usually get the "What do YOU want", back and forth. See, what I want I KNOW he doesn't want, so I'm not gonna bother. While I would rather not have spaghetti for the 3rd time this week, I will eat it. But not him, oh no. 
OR if you decide to do takeout. Him: "What do you want?" Me: "Anything but Chinese...what do you want?" Him: Chinese. Dont get me wrong, I lurve Chinese but DAMN it gets monotanous after a while. |

i do....i someimtes do not eat lunch but dinner always...
i never cook but tonight i thought i'd make stuffed green peppers! YUM! I already went to the grocery....
but seriously i hardly ever cook ~ its always take out ot out to eat
