couldn't there be a part of the forums that was labelled questions? it could even be divided into different areas: i.e. technical questions, fourm questions, pm questions, op aphid questiotions. etc.

I like this idea. We made a thread in OpAphid for questions since it helps things stay in one place. ^_^

I like it too....if people would use it. It would probably cut down on the mod's having to move threads.

Also, people who are annoyed by questions can stay the heck out and those that enjoy answering the questions and helping out newer people can do so.

This is a good suggestion. We are planning a section for new users to help them get caught up, and we'll welcome questions there.
