haha thanks for that.
I had no idea what it meant, i wasn't even sure if it was a word.
I think energy/efficincy that way. Either way it means that same thing 'stop it from working' in 'laymans terms' _________________ The names Julie.

Intended Results
1) Once synthesized and injected into bree she'll become trait negative
2) additional consequences (if any) - TBD
______ Reference Points
_______ concerning ribozyme function
_______-tRNA cleavage
_______ related - intron/exon splicing
__________ - telomere synthesis
________ - fructose 6-phosphate pathway
Here you go ladies. This should make it easier.

3) A non-functioning _____ ribozyme exists and manifests differently in every Hymn of One girl
Synthetic ribozyme?
But I'm in Photoshop right now and messing with the setting and it looks like there's a distorted 'G' in there, so maybe "GlmS ribozyme"?
A picture of the "distorted g":

The Bree Solution (that sounds REALLY important Shocked)
Objectives:
How to tansform Bree from TRAIT: POSITIVE to TRAIT:NEGATIVE
Given Facts:
1) Bree's blood contains a special Ribozyme mutated and unique only to her
2) The Genome for said ribozyme has a regular hyper mutation that changes with every generation
3) A non-functioning mutated ribozyme exists and manifests differently in every Hymn of One girl
4) This portion still functions but you cannot block it because the Complementary Strand of RNA won't combine
Theoretical Solution
1) Block the ribozyme in question by obtaining a sample of the that same ribozyme in order to___
2) Create a complementary strand of RNA
3) Q.E.D. strand will bind to ribozyme and occlude its___
Practical Solution
1) obtain blood sample of Bree
2) synthesize complimentary strand of RNA
3) inject bree with this compliementary strand
4) Q.E.D. ribozymes blocked rendered defunctual
Intended Results
1) Once synthesized and injected into bree she'll become trait negative
2) additional consequences (if any) - TBD
______ Reference Points
The steps concerning ribozyme function
a)RNAse P related -tRNA cleavage
b)splicosome related - intron/exon splicing
c)______related - telomere synthesis
d)GlmS ribozyme related - fructose 6-phosphate pathway
i honestly think it may be mutated gene cause that just makes sense to the rest of the paper. _________________ -Kelly

Here's what I've come up with from a first read:
The Bree Solution
Objective:
How to transform Bree from TRAIT:POSITIVE to TRAIT:NEGATIVE
Given Facts:
1) Bree’s blood contains a special ribozyme mutated and unique only to her
2) _______ne for said ribozyme has a regular hyper-mutation that changes with every generation
3) A non-functioning _______ ribozyme exists and manifests differently in every Hymn of One girl
4) This portion still functions, but you cannot bl_____ because the complimentary strand of RNA won’t c___
Theoretical Solution:
1) Block the ribozyme in question by obtaining a sample of that same ribozyme in order to _________
2) Create a complimentary strand of RNA
3) Q.E.D.: Strand will bind to ribozyme and occlude its _____y
Practical Solution:
1) Obtain a blood sample of Bree
2) Synthesize a complimentary strand of RNA
3) Inject Bree with this complimentary strand
4) Q.E.D.: Ribozymes blocked rendered ___ef____ctua__
Intended Results:
1) Once synthesized and injected into Bree, she’ll become TRAIT:NEGATIVE
2) Additional consequences (if any)- TBD
Par____t Reference Points:
T____ _______ing Ribozyme Functions
____ ___ise _____ted – tRNA cleavage
___________ related- Intron/Exon spicing
__________________d- Telomere synthesis
______ ribozyme _____ted- fructose-6-phosphate pathway |

QED: Strand will bind to RNA and occlude its activity.
This is the only interpretation that actually makes sense.
And most likely, you can't block it because the complementary RNA strand won't "occur." That's why it has to be synthesized.
Edit: Actually, it does look more like a "c" than an "o," but it's still probably something along those lines -- the complementary strand doesn't occur naturally. It's definitely not "combine" because then synthesizing a strand and injecting it wouldn't make any difference.
It doesn't seem like the reference points are really all that important, it looks like they're just related topics we might want to look into for more information -- like telomere synthesis, the departure point for life extension research.
