(My first post!)

Gemma’s cool and hot and all, but she’s really just not important to the storyline right now. They should focus on Daniel/Bree. I mean, they’re stuck in a motel all day with a video camera and a laptop. What else are they going to do except record blogs and what not?

Besides, Gemma seems too detached from the storyline. She’s across the pond, as you would say, from where the main story is taking place. All she really seems to do is commentate on what’s going on. Well, guess what, LG15 staff. We know what the hell is going on, we can deduce that ourselves. We don’t need her giving her opinions on whatever’s going on in the storyline you should be updating.

Yeah, she just seems to be so "outside", like a footnote or something. Really, I think she's just filler to prolong this whole thing and to keep us guessing about the "religion". Frankly, I'm tired of doing that; there's just too many it could be. However, I will say, the Illuminati is looking like the best possibility to me right now.

Here I was satisfied with them being the "Order of Denderah". I doubt it'll be a real religion, in hopes of not portraying any religions in an unfavorable light. The continual strive to PCness, it seems.

But, seriously. Since the whole "We're on the run now!" thing, Gemma's videos contain completely random stories, i.e. biscuit tins, and her thoughts on how it's playing out. Maybe it's like the audio commentary for the show.
