Besides the Mary Poppins reference, Bree's Dad KNEW to stay away for a few MONTHS??
I mean, I would have thought THEY would have thought the whole situation would last days, maybe a week or two (as we all thought).
But he literally wrote months??
Man, Dan . . . ouch. But hey, thanks for sharing! _________________ <a href="http://www.hymnofone.org/audition"><img src="http://www.hymnofone.org/audition/badge30.gif" width="129" height="142" border="0" /></a> |

Months? Geez, Daniel, did you know before now that that's what Bree's dad said? Is that why you guys have just been wandering around?
And do you have any idea what he might have meant by the last sentence?
Anyway, thanks for sharing the note with us. It's good to finally know what it said. |

I don't think the last sentence means anything. It's probably just a mood lifter type thing. An inside joke between Bree and her Dad. Like when he said to "meet him at the place we talked about our favorite scientists" or whatever it was. Clearly her dad was her prominent teacher in homeschooling.
If my dad were leaving me a sad goodbye note like that, he would probably say something weird, too, like: "Remember, I before E except after C or when sounding like A as in neighbor or weigh!"
Well, maybe not that. But he's an english teacher and I'm a writer and love to read. So we have that english connection thing...
lmao wow I'm so cool. _________________ "Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof."

I'll go after the Quantum Electrodynamics and superconductivity if others will decrypt. Research yes. Cryptography and intrigue? Not so much. LOL
ETA: Crap! Immediately got article on sub-molecular miniaturization and nano-technology. Pray it's not about that!

Well, if you Google all 3, you get a file that you need WinRar to open. I don't have that. Does anyone here? |

I don't see a code here immediately. Other than the idea that Bree's dad might have needed a 34-letter word, I'm stumped for now.
Thanks again for sharing, Daniel. We'll keep looking.

What file type was it? I know the newest WinZip opens a bunch. If you have that, you can check and make sure that its associating with all its compatible file types, and then try to open the file.
Edited because I suck and put apostrophe's in my 'its'. _________________ --<3,

Daniel, no offense, but how could you ever think that the last sentence was jusr some innocent nonsense? It's got "SECRET CODE" written all over it!
And yes, I thought you said her Dad left money inside the purple monkey.
Also, I think he told "not to come back to the house" for a few months for a reason. Maybe he arranged for a package to arrive there after a while. Go check the house.
Also, try burning the paper a little bit. Maybe it's got something written in lemon ink.

Well, unless somebody is more familiar with Dirac Equations, Fermionic fields and Chiral symmetry, I'd say this isn't the route we need to be lookin'
Mind you, it does talk about the Feynman slash notation, but I'm not sure you can talk about Quantum Mechanics without bringing up Feynman somewhere.

OK, I opened the file and it's a text file that looks like it deals with a dictionary.

Does anyone care that charged massless fermions cannot exist? |

You just ruined the string theory that I've been working on for the last twenty years!
