island, they're actually two different people although they look almost identical and are dressed exactly the same, but toby is jonas' cousin, and carl is the dude who was yelling at daniel.

all people who dress like that generally look the same to me too, so that helps none!
sorta odd that there are alot of people at this particular party that look alot alike, at least to me..

i just had a realization..
what if they are all genetically modified order babies and that's why they all look the same?!

i need to re-watch the first uncle dan video, but in this one toby was nice, and carl was the asshat who flipped out on dannyb
misty.. the picture of "alex" and lucy wasn't in this video.. it was in the original uncle dan video..

Toby's the cousin. Carl's the one you're thinking of.
This will go down as one of the best videos ever - if only because of the stuff with Jonas and Damien. That was clever humor - funny on its own, but also a major in-joke that fans active in the forum will get.
