What's WDHR? Besides, according to the internets, a country music station?
ETA: With Dead Hands Rising, a metal band that broke up in 2009? They have some unique song titles, like Tourniquet Girl and Bleeding Away the Hours...

Actually, it could be Jules too. Given that she would be older now and had a freckle where you can see one in the picture.
