I saw "crazy asian" and immediately thought of my best friend... That was one of his nicknames at our old workplace... Maybe because he got everyone hooked on crazy asian ramen, and everyone had it for lunch for about 3 months straight...

1) I LOVE noodles without broth, I prefer them that way.

For those of you who enjoy your noodles without the broth, may I suggest you try yakisoba? It literally means fried soba, and that's basically what it is; stir-fried soba noodles. You can get it with your choice of meat or with veggies, just like with ramen. You just won't have to deal with the soup.
