Why is this guy acting so retarded? It's obvious he's geeky in the bad way in real life, so he doesn't need to "act" like one. He's really over doing it.

That's actually the best theory I've seen yet. I can just see Drew and Isaac's conversation now;
Drew: I can't stand my daughter. She is such a dork.
Isaac: I think she should meet my son. Maybe they can entertain eachother. He's so dorky he makes me cringe.
Drew: On the other hand, imagine if they reproduced? Are you sure you want to risk it?

Chakotay=Jonas (he has a "Picard" complex but i feel jonas is more a chakotay) 
Seven of Nine=Sarah (i just see that goin on) 
Bilana=Taylor (tech wiz and chief of engineering) 
The Doctor=Spencer (he works on finding medical solutions like serums and stuff)
The Borg=The Order (for a nerd that's self explanatory) 
The Borg Queen=Lucy (uh same as borg)

Not to gloat too much, but I called it:
