It syncs it automatically when you plug in the iPod. |
So, okay, I have a movie called "Half Nelson" that I want to put on my ipod. Can I just drag the file into my library and then drag that into my ipod? Doesn't it need to be converted to a diff. file format?

Click 'File' then 'Add File to Library.' If it needs to be converted iTunes will do it for you. LG15 has a podcast, so subscribing to that would be the easiest way to do it.
