I was just thinking...

So going back to the beginning, bree was being prepped, given shots and on a diet. These things seemed important, no? They would likely need to be done for some time before the ceremony, to re-prepare her.

So this is when she started posting, but it wasn't until october or so that the ceremony was to take place. So they would need to take her and keep her for that long.

She needs her vitamins, or growth hormones or fertility drugs or whatever...

Rolling Eyes

What do you guys think?

That's a good point.
And what are the chances she still remembers the steps and Enochian properly?

I don't think they're taking Bree to do the ceremony right away
maybe her father is still alive, or they took her to see her mother. I can see Bree going with Order-folk to get answers.

Yeh I was thinking that, there's no way she's still pumped full of epogen or whatever it was enough to do that ceremony.

actually, when you've memorized something for something important, it sticks with you. like i still remember this song i had to sing in the thrid grade, and the "tomorrow and tommorow and tomorrow" monologue from macbeth (which i had to memorize to audition for something). no matter how much she tells herself her religion is bad, i bet she still remembers it... because at the time, she was honored.

Or maybe they are taking her to put her under some more 'Psychological Torture'?

Well, isn't it part of a process?

The Order are cunning. And also, extremely patient by the looks of things...

It would help to forget D&J. Then she may be less resistant...

yes, I wish this were true. Sure, I know all the words to the "Meow Mix" theme,* which I believe fits firmly under the category of "unimportant," but I can never remember basic biochemistry principles like the TCA cycle or the structures of the 20 basic amino acids, which fit firmly in the category of important.

*I love chicken, I love fishes, meow mix meow mix is delicious.

Didn't it go at some point 'Meow Mix, Meow Mix, please deliver' or is that a spoof, or just in my head?

Sad.

you're thinking doctor evil in the first austin powers.

Wait, was that in the song?

Anyway...

Forgot what i was gonna say, ill edit this post and stick it in here later

Oh yea! Memory!

Since BDJ was in a really messed up state when the stuff was happening to them, they would not be able to focus enough on their surroundings to commit anything to memory.

Here's a dumb example, but it is true:

You are at work, your boss wants you to do a project. you remember this because you are really focused.

You go home, the meow mix theme is on the TV, you remember this because you find it amusing.

You go to a party later and drain a whole bottle of Vodka yourself. You cannot remember what heppened.

But you through the horrible pain of the worst hangover in history remember to work on your project, and you do so while humming the meow mix theme.
