DB said he thought of Bree as his best friend.. right.. and then I went back to watch the "I hAtE tHeSe PeOpLe" video cause i like it so much and noticed Bree said "why would anyone who says they're someone's best friend lock them in a room? hmm? hmm?"
i find that interesting. So Bree knows Daniel is her best friend, and maybe it's just that.

Now, I can sorta understand DB's side of view.. when I see someone flirting with my friends who are girls, I normally don't like it, and am uncomfortable with it, I'm just not as vocal about it, atleast to the other guys. That doesn't mean I like the girl, it's just that I don't like them liking her.

Maybe Bree wanted someone else to run to to "comfort" her, or maybe Jonas is the only one who made her laugh and didn't yell at her (like DB).

I don't know if anyone mentioned it... but I saw on youtube a new TrueFreeWill vid mentioning that they should call "the doctor" in order to reprogram her... since she isn't a remote control.

I love how we are all agreeing with each other this time! Yeah! It makes me feel warm and happy inside!

Although I have noticed that a lot of posters explain how a previous post basically expressed their own opinions, I have one that I didn't see mentioned....At least, I think no one has thought about this....

Most of us find both Daniel's approach and Jonas' approach wrong for Bree and her needs. So...that is neat. What is the right one? As LG15 fans, the creators expect us to not only consider the content of the blogs but interact. That is why I love this series. Perhaps we should, either in the character chats or within this very thread, express more than just how we disagree with the present attempts to reach her. I realize that a lot of you participate in the character chats more than I do. I am just giving my opinion. Please don't attack me for this.

As for myself, I believe the first step in helping Bree is truly understanding what her problem is in the first place! They are not that educated about ribozymes nor do they know much about what exactly "trait positive" means. As Daniel said, they need to check out the contents of the box better. Shouldn't they show everything to Bree? She could understand all of it better than any of them! It is obvious to me that the only one who has truly been aware of what is needed to help Bree is her father. Which is ironic because we all thought he was the oppressive one in the very beginning of this series. You remember that, right? We assumed HE wanted her to do the ceremony. Well, whatever was his strategy, it has to be better than that of Jonas and Daniel at the present moment. Secondly, I think they should ask her more questions. Yes, she is vulnerable and fragile but they don't have a luxurious amount of time! I am surprised that the Order hasn't found them yet!

So, this is how I would reach out to Bree. Creators? I submit my option for the gang, okay?

There's still part of the letter from Bree's dad that Daniel didn't reveal. Maybe there's a phone number in there, maybe they need to call the phone number at the end of the TrueFreeWill video, but they need a professional to come in, in any case. Has anyone been researching deprogramming and trying to contact them through the ic forums?

I dont think she is fully deprogramed. This isnt the serious determined bree. This is the silly bree that we were first introduced. I think this bree is trying to be that girl again.

I'm not sure if this has been said or not - I got to page 8 and decided to just post.

Overall, I think this was a great vid! I mentioned in the thread for the video before this, "Beside Manners" that Daniel was jealous of the fact Jonas might be getting through to Bree, and he hasn't. If he wasn't stuck so far up Sarah's ass, maybe he could think rationally and come up with a plan to get through to her. That's just my opinion.

Something else I also noticed. Bree isn't fighting TOO hard to leave or contact anyone in the order. I understand she's confused and she doesn't know where she is.. but if she's capable of making a video, editing, and posting it online - then she couldn't make a phone call? I'm just saying. I understand the fact that they may not have a phone, but they do have a computer. Which probably has email.

Don't get me wrong, I'm SO glad Bree is back with the boys, and I don't want her to go back with the order. I just thought that was a bit strange. Smile

I agree with you jana , i have noticed that as well. I think bree is just caught between the good guys and the bad guys. She knows who daniel and jonas are , and that they love and want to help her. So shes not making any attempt to escape. I also think that the order messed with her mind so much , shes having a hard time letting them back in. As we observed in this video , there are traces of the bree we know. I think i agree with jonas attempt but also with daniel. I think they should be looking into the deprograming more avidly, but what jonas is doing seems to be helping hes showing bree little things first. Getting her to smile and to laugh. Discovering shes not just a mindless drone.

I agree with the idea that it's not Jonas taking advantage of Bree, but rather Bree taking advantage of Jonas. He's got a soft spot for her and she's picked up on it and is manipulating him. Daniel knows who she is from way-back-when and he's not so easy to crack. And I think Daniel is ticked that Bree is showing Jonas so much affection when he's been there for her for so long.

Something tells me Jonas is about to get hurt...
