(like bree) and his mother would chastice him by calling him "The Beast". (daniel beast)? it all comes together!! It also says "Readings at the cremation service in nearby Brighton included one of his own works, Hymn to Pan"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!omg!!

That is a really interesting find!

I'm not sure it was meant to be anything though. At least in game. It was never mentioned by any of the characters in the In Character chat. If it's an important clue, they always mention it or confirm it.

cool, but it's been shown that TCC likely only means "topanga canyon, California", location of the old camp where the box was found.

I also say that the message meant "help her friday. tachyon can't come" Wink

The box wasn't found in Topanga Canyon. We have no idea where the camp was, but it wasn't there.

"Trinity College, Cambridge," by the way, was one of the many things suggested for a meaning to "TCC," but at this point it's generally agreed that it meant nothing. That it was just formed due to the send-off for the ad, in other words.

Given that the characters didn't address "TCC" and that there's no obvious reason the secret messages would have any further significance beyond learning who sent them, I doubt there's anything to "TCC" myself.

So, Miss Taylor pretty much confirmed for us that TCC seems to have some significance after all...perhaps as a sign-off or in signing his/her name to the coded messages.

Then it hit me...

i think taylor also wanted us to take the "The" at the end of the "your happiness" puzzle into account. meaning that we're looking for some organization called "The TCC." so i don't know what "the clarion call" is but i don't think that's it.

You guys haven't heard of the clarion call? It has religious and musical connotations...

Here's the wiki entry:

Quote:
A clarion call is a powerful request for action or an irresistible mandate. It derives from the cloud of a clarion, a medieval trumpet. It is frequently used in a religious context, and is the name of several missionary Christian groups. It is also used in a political context, in that a politician issues a challenge for action from the public.

In literature, it is a point in the plot where a character receives clear justification or incentive for his or her actions in the future of the plot.

Clarion Call is the name of the student newspaper of Clarion University.

The Clarion Call is also a song by the Swedish power metal band Falconer.

ALso:

Quote:
clarion call (literary)
a strong and clear request for people to do something. The charity commission's clarion call for more donations has produced an immediate response. (often + for) Her unification speech was seen as a clarion call to party members. (often + to)

Really, it's a term used when one has a mission or determination to do something, and the "Clarion Call" is the message they send out ot others letting them know it needs to be done.

It's a great name for a Resistance Movement, frankly.
