It's okay. I don't think he would have said it if he had known how much it was like a punch in the gut. I really try to get by without my meds, but in the end, I really can't. I hate how I can't control it. I hate it.

Nah, it's no big. I have anxiety problems. Not like I'm constantly having panic attacks, but I'll freak out over small things. Like being bipolar to an extreme.

ive been told i might have anxiety problems, i just tend to freak out about things and latter realize when everything turns out ok that is was really stupid of me to freak out about it but i cant help it
