From recent videos, Spencer says he has a mole in the order, and is designing a mission to retrieve a blood sample. While training Jonas and Daniel, he has been adding title pages to the steps. Maybe these contain mnemonics or some hidden message.

We Have A Plan
Mission Accepted - TOP SECRET 1:26 (no scratches in background)

Mission Alpha (title pages in aqua green)
The Knife Plunge © Spencer Gilman 1:07
The Kangaroo Hop © Spencer Gilman 2:27
The Throw And Climb © Spencer Gilman 2:56
Qi Time © Spencer Gilman 3:28

Mission Beta (title pages in red) Wiki Yoga, downward facing dog, cobra, backwards plow
Serpintine Coordination © Spencer Gilman 0:37 (note "Serpentine" misspelling)
The Gauntlet © Spencer Gilman 2:18

It is possible that these titles contain a message by anagramming, and that the scratches in the background show word breaks or incorrect letters, or letters that should be ignored, etc.

Here are a few attempts to find some meaningful anagrams in the titles:
Code:

(T)| HE KNIFE | PLUNGE  ----------> I HEFT KEN, THIEF KEN,
                                    THINK FEE, FEN HIKE
                                    | LEG PUN, UP GLEN

(T) | HE KANGA (R) | OO HOP  -----> HANG TEAK, HANG TAKE,
                                    HARK AGENT, RAKE HANG
                                    | HOO OP

T | HE THROW A | ND CLIMB  -------> HEAR TWO H, HEATH ROW,
                                    HEART WHO, WHAT HERO,
                                    THREW HOT
                                    | BLIND CAM

QI TI (M) | E  -------------------> I QUIT | ME , QUIET

(S) ERPINTINE COO (R) | DINAT (I)(O) N ---> PINON COTERIE,
                                            ION RECEPTION,
                                            NICE ROPE ON IT,
                                            ROPE IN SECTION,
                                            SECRET OPINION,
                                            NOTE IN COPIERS,
                                            ONES RECEPTION
                                            | INTO DRAIN

(T) HE GAU (N) | TL (E) T   ---->  AT HUGE, GATE UH, AN HUGE
                                   | (I)NLET, LET TN
                                   AGENT LET HUT

So one possible result could be something like:
HIKE FEN, UP GLEN,
HARK AGENT, HOO OP,
HEAR TWO H, BLIND CAM,
QUIET

ROPE IN SECTION or NOTE IN COPIERS,
INTO DRAIN, AT HUGE, INLET
