Well, now my heart's in a million pieces on the floor.
So. Thoughts:
-Daniel confirmed that it was him in the voicemail to Emma. Probably changing phones was a good call.
-He assumed (like we did) that the medical report was about Jonas.
-From the reference to Verdus and Hymn of One being gone, it looks like they are incorporating Outbreak into canon. That will be interesting since I haven't actually watched it. (Sorry.)

I never watched it either... Guess I should at some point.
Did it sound to anyone else like he was implying that Jonas is probably dead?

I never watched it either... Guess I should at some point.

I watched Outbreak tonight....didn't take too long. A couple of hours, and it was pretty okay. |

Definitely sounds like he believes Jonas is dead, but all he has to go on is the fact that he's found no trace of him in seven years. (Or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part that Jonas could still be alive, but still, I'd like to think they won't wrap up his storyline too abruptly, at least.)

That was my reading, too. Poor Daniel has no reason to believe Jonas is still alive. In fact, I believe in the U.S. (or at least certain states), seven years is the threshold for a missing person to be declared legally dead. So I can't really blame Daniel there.
Daniel said something about going to an apartment and finding it empty? Can someone tell me/remind me what that's a reference to?
