I looked up the meaning of the name Bree a while back...It comes from the name Bridgett. The name Bree on its own means "BROTH" (whatever that means). I looked up Bridgett (since Bree is short for Bridgett, at least all the places I have looked at say so) and found this meaning "resolute, strength, saint" I found one place that said it means "exhalted one".

So take what you want from that...

It doesn't have to stand for anything. There are a bunch of people with Bree as a first or middle name.

A lot of people have taken Daniels name quite literally (especially the BEAST part)...So, if the creators have named daniel, DANIEL for a reason...it makes me think that Bree's name might have some significance.
