Everyone keeps talking about Jonas Jonas Jonas, and other than the fact that he's a total babe, his vids are boring, there, I said it. I prefer the mysterious videos of itscassie, and I frown upon you all for this lack of discussion. This Cassie character is shoving out videos left and right, yet shes being kept secret and going unnoticed. Now personally, I think that Jonas is canon, but if saying "hi Bree" = canon, well then Cassie must be canon too. Yet, I'm still not sure if Cassie is canon, perhaps if her username was older I'd believe it, but maybe they made it look new on purpose to go along with her story that "she was too scared to respond till now". Now sure, Jonas has a weird parent story, but thats no evidence of being canon. and that editing isn't terribly tricky to replicate. The itscassie videos also have that same editing style, and use the same theme song in every vid. In Cassie's latest vid, shes watching Bree's last vid on her tv!!! but its coming in screwy like she's picking up a feed from somewhere else! I am shocked no ones talking about this! and this has all led me to believe the soul purpose of this Jonas guy popping up is to distract us from Cassie, who keeps revealing more and more. We are being distracted by those darling eyes and little dimples! ....MUST.......RESIST............JONAS!

now I find it really weird that her videos are like "secret responses" to Bree's videos. at first I thought it was just my computer, but are her videos linked to LG15, yet on LG15's videos shes not linking back. something is weird about this.

jonastko was added as a member of the forums on Sept. 9 - the same day "The Creators" ID was created. This does not mean he's official, but it's as close as I can get without some conformation. At the very least, the ID has been in existence without use since that day.

oh god. Jonas is canon. He's better than Gemma, but come on!!! All these characters are getting to be ridiculous!!!!!!!!! I can't help it, I'm pissed.  and I refuse to watch Jonas...and Gemma. and I'm mad that the writters have completely forgoten to mention Cassie!!!

There really aren't all that many characters, really. They've already established that you don't have to follow OpAphid if you don't want to. So that leaves only 4 characters. And so far, two of them are only very minor players.
I'm betting it will get much bigger before it's all over. Might as well start getting used to it. |

I think your probably right, and I thought it over more and just because Bree said Jonas's name still doesn't mean he will even be part of the story line. They might of even mentioned it just to tease us. It still could be a fan's work. Until they get a Jonas discussion in the chat, I'm not believing the hype.  hey whatever makes me happy right?
anywayz...this just came to my attention:

Not only is he "in universe", so to speak, but you know that "BIG EMPTY HOUSE" that he has all to himself that he keeps on mentioning over and over? I am sure that is a setup for for Bree and Daniel to eventually stay with him. They can't live in motels forever, can they? Why else would he repeatedly mention his big, lonely, empty mansion house over and over?
I don't think Itscassie is canon at all, and it's quite shoddy in my opinion. Besides, if it were a product of the Creators, don't you think it would also be posted on Revver? Think about it... the Creators are trying to save money, to the extent that awhile back they tried to switch exclusively to Revver with that teaser vid on YouTube; also, the Gemma character also started as a vidreply cross-posted on Revver and YouTube.
Another reason that I dismiss Itscassie is that she is trying to be "the real Cassie" while going for "dark" and "creepy". The canon "Cassie" that Bree mentions sounds like a normal high school girl who got weirded out by Bree's cultishness. It was cassieiswatching, and only cassieiswatching, who made the character dark, mysterious, and creepy. A canon-centric Cassie would not have picked up those traits. |

you make some good points there, and I agree completely, but I still can't help but feel that the Cassie character is kind of hidden for a reason. I'm just sticking with my hunch, because in the end when they show Bree busting in to save her parents with the help of Cassie, I want to be right damnit! lol

I totally agree with what you said. I think Jonas is a canon and actually on the following link it states that he may in fact be a new character (most the the info. on LGPedia is usually right BUT it does not offically say he's a new character I guess so believe what you want).
