And eating the bland homemade mac and cheese I made last night. Laughing

I bought a pack of Boca Cheeseburgers. I have never tried any meatless meat before. Does anyone know if they are good?

I've never had Boca Cheeseburgers but the regular ones are tasty. But you're hearing this from someone who enjoys tofu and edamame. So...you might like it. *shrugs* Smile

I'm tentatively stepping into the world of meatless meat. I tried tofu...not bad, I could get used to it no problem. I will report back about the cheeseburger bocaburgers. I'm having them at lunch in about 15 minutes. Very Happy

I really like making tacos out of Morningstar Meal Starters/Crumblers-- it's freaking delicious.

I like Morningstar Burgers better than Boca, too.

I'm taking notes. For the record, the boca cheeseburgers are pretty darn tasty. I don't think I'd like the portabella thing...I am freaked out by mushrooms. Yech. Part of my problem will be variety...living in a small rural town in Indiana means not much selection of meatless things. Has anyone had a decent hot dog? I love hot dogs and would love to find a meatless substitute.

I'm really really really not picky about what I eat, generally, but I won't eat mushrooms, and hot dogs kind of freak me out too. Though hot dogs, they are delicious, so if there's a meatless (aka, miscellaneous animal parts-less) version, I'd love to know too.

I think we are on the same page, there, lol. I know Boca makes brats and italian sausage...I may try those.
