Listen to your helper, Bree. She knows what's best. You should be thankful she is giving you the perspective to finally see Daniel as the negative influence he's been all along.

If he really cared about you, he would support your beliefs. He certainly wouldn't try to dissuade you from taking part in our traditions, especially given the honor bestowed upon you. If Daniel cannot find a way to fit comfortably within your life and your priorities, he might be a necessary sacrifice.

Perhaps it would be best for Daniel to face these issues in such a manner that would help him truly understand the gravity of the situation he is causing. Experience has shown that confronting matters in such a head-on fashion can result in a major impact on an individual, and it's astonishing what power that can have to enlighten someone.

By the way, what did ever happen to Cassie?

The last we heard, she was having "issues" with her telephone...
