This might be moved to general discussion. But anyways.
I'm not up to searching exact quotes but at one of the drops, a note was left that said something along the lines of "Sorry for the mess back there, I guess I'm too old for a babysitter". There have been some other things she's said to indicate she permenenty took her babysitter out of the picture, including an Op email (I believe?) that was talking about how the person who was supposed to be Tach's babysitter/Watcher wouldn't be doing anymore jobs from now on thanks to Tach.

it does in a way, thank you  (only in a way because the connections between all the clues in the ARG confuse me. it's difficult to catch up)

Now, though, this most recent email from Tach to Brother definitely implies that OpAphid quite intentionally tried to do away with brother by bombing a safe house... though I do also wonder Tach and friends found a convenient corpse.
