I'm not sure if he was one of theirs, but this one guy started trying to get a little too friendly for my comfort zone, so I had to get out of there.

All day I've been afraid that I might have forgotten something though. Can you or a friend check it out if you're in the area? Oh, and if you share my "outsider's perspective looking inward on things," the right combination is an absolute no-brainer. I'm confident that even you can figure it out! Smile

PS. I've never actually heard someone use the phrase "shoot the ball." Believe me, throwing things and shooting things are MUCH different! LOL.

hey, long time lurker... never had anything to contribute to the clue hunting before, i'm no detective! But....

The line "if you're lookin for a fight then the time is right" is from the movie Grease 2..

also a long time lurker here.

The video shows several clips of pins being knocked down, and I thought it might be worthwhile to keep track of the numbers that correspond to the positions of the pins (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Tenpins.correct.png) as they are shown. It might have something to do with the combination to tachyon's locker.

(I am not 100% sure of some of the pin positions. Sometimes it is difficult to tell which pins are actually standing. These are the pin numbers, as best as I can see them. Pins I am not positive about are marked with a *)

the first shot of pins shows that they are bowling in lane 6. The number 23 is in the upper left-hand corner of the frame.
pins 7, 8*, 5*, and 10 are standing. ball knocks down all but 10.

strike
gutter ball
strike

we see lanes numbered 6, 7, and 8
in lane 7, pins 6 and 10 are knocked down

strike

4, 7, and 8* are knocked down
next ball misses the remaining pins again

6, 9*, and 10 are knocked down

in the final "tag, you're it" shot, pins 1 and 10 are shown standing.

I'm probably overanalyzing here, but I feel like they must have gone bowling (of all things) for a reason.
Maybe someone who knows more about bowling scores could find even more numbers here.
