Kill her off! how cool would it be to see what kind of trouble Jonas and Daniel get into alone in a big house. They could even make videos. Gemma could still chime in every once in awhile, but they could just ignore her. Like have the Order kill Bree, shock everyone here, but still have them go after Daniel. Then towards the end have bree come back miraculously.

"How cool would it be?" That is a good question. A very good question.
I'm interested in knowing what brought this idea on. Just to be clear, I can't see how that could possibly work in a way that wouldn't leave me and the rest of the fanbase going "What. The. Hell?" but I'm interested nonetheless in hearing why you think it's a good idea, and how you think it could be pulled off reasonably. I'm assuming that you're entirely serious since you bothered to make a thread on it, so, if this isn't just humor at work, really, I'd like to know what brought this idea on -- even if I can't imagine how it could work well or even why they would do something like this. |

You know, make everyone fall in love with someone and then kill them off. Have the series continue with just the boys trying to solve the murder. I mean they're still following Daniel most likely from the pictures...

when i thought the show was going to end after, say, six months, i thought it was possible they would kill off bree at the ceremony. it would have blown everyone's mind. and like killing off sherlock holmes, it would be meant to be the end (though even sherlock had be ressurected later).
but, for a continuing show, i don't think killing off daniel or bree is the best option. i could see gemma or jonas getting offed. despite all their detractors, either of them being killed by the Order would be a huge shock. not sure how they show that vlog style though -- people might howl if gemma's flatmate showed up out of nowhere and posted a vid about gemma being dead, in her bloodstained room. OK, better idea: gemma is making a video, when the Order breaks down the door and kills her (actual death does not need to be on camera, just her being captured and beaten). Then the Order makes a short statement about what they did (with gemma's body in the background, and this all is posted as if it was a Gemma video) at the end of the same video. At the end of the video, someone asks "lucy" is they want to add anything, and a female voice says, "No, we're done here."

Why would that be better, though? I imagine it would piss off most of the fans anyway. The large majority of the fanbase likes Bree and Daniel, but aren't too stuck on either Gemma or Jonas.

Those pictures were taken months ago while he was spying on them, though. Personally, I've never seen the pictures as an indication of anything more than "Let's observe that annoying guy who won't stop following us."

Yeah, a while back they could have pulled that off. At this point in the story (with all the new characters and plot elements, and how obvious it is that the show won't be ending anytime soon), it just wouldn't work too well.

That would be extremely screwed up. I don't think it would have the impact of Bree getting killed in the ceremony would have like you mentioned before, but it would still come as a major shock and totally reset the tone of the series.
At this point, though, I don't think they could use Gemma that way. I think she's being forced to make videos for the Order now anyway, and I still think that Jonas is one of them. Of course, if Jonas turns out to be a psycho stalker fan, the Order could show up and "save" B&D from him by killing him.
But you know... I think a much better development would be that Daniel accidentally kills Jonas after finding out that he's a bad guy. Picture it this way: in one video at Jonas' place, Daniel tells us that he still doesn't trust Jonas and he's going to do some looking around. This continues for a video or two while Jonas works on sweet-talking Bree.
Suddenly, we get a new video from Daniel or Bree with them leaving Jonas' place distraught for some unidentified reason. Obviously neither Daniel nor Bree would upload a video where Daniel killed the guy, but OpAphid has shown us at least one video, but probably two (the ransacking video and the video with the cameras in B&D's rooms), that couldn't reasonably have actually been uploaded in the fictional world. They're just to help us out with understanding what's going on a little better.
So, we get an OpAphid video in which we find out that they had cameras set up in Jonas' place too, because he's one of them. Now, assuming that Jonas really is the Order's other "Chosen One" and they want him to procreate with Bree, the two of them are in the study or something and he's about to get lucky. Daniel bursts in, however, and reveals that he's found out that Jonas is really with the Order.
Jonas gets pissed and attacks Daniel, they fight, Daniel accidentally kills him. Daniel and a distraught Bree then leave the study while Jonas' body continues to lay there with nothing happening for a couple of minutes.
I don't know. If somebody were to be killed off at this point, I think it would probably need to be something like that. Though I suppose something could happen to Gemma (which would suck, but if it happened, I'm sure the Creators would have their reasons) if she tried running from the Order and sending a message to B&D without running it through their filter first. |

I think it would make a great twist-but once shes been killed off, then what happens? It kind of seems a bit like, if shes gone, so is the series.  |
