could be the card is proof that Bree and her know eachother and Bree might not know it, or it could have been from Tachy, meant to be delivered from someone, and never reached Bree.

also, what if Daniel is the only one who knows her as Tachyon? I mean, Gemma knew Brother as Sebastian...

The dry cleaners voice sounds like brother, and Bree's dad's voice sounds like somebody faking a deeper voice, but I guess if Bree was supposed to get it, she should know the sound of her dad's voice. Also the whole Feynman thing sounds connected to this guy:
