Yes, I'm sure she would have. But what occurs to me, and may or may not be possible, could Cassie=Tachyon? It would make sense from OpAphid's vehement assertion at the beginning that Cassie lies. Do you know if this theory has been discussed anywhere? |
I remember seeing that thread somewhere. I'll post a link if I can find it. I think the general consensus at the time was that there is too big an age discrepency. Cassie is supposed to be about Daniels age while Tachyons YouTube profile listed her age as 24 (if I remember correctly). |
Tach could be lying about her age on her YT account.
Right now I think it is very possible that Cassie is Tachyon, even though I like the idea of Cassie being an alternate personality of Bree. Tachyon would fit the description considering she disappeared, she was scared of Bree's religion...and she used to get Bree into trouble (Tach's a shifty girl too =P). |
I don't know they discovered this, but didn't the ARG people figure out that Tachyon was the sister of the girl whose family disappeared that Gemma talked about? |
I believe so. Also that Tachyon's sister was also chosen for the ceremony.
Didn't Gemma say once about a girl that "was also chosen for the ceremony at a young age" to bree? Did we ever find any information about that girl she was talking about? Possibily was she talking about Cassie?
Maybe Cassie is actually Tachyons sister.. |
If Cassie was from the Community wouldn't Bree have recognized her? |
Maybe that is why they were friends? *shrugs* A stretch, but who knows.

I wonder.... I think Cassie is the biggest mystery on this show....besides the obvious.
Daniel did say her religion was wierd in one of his videos...and also he went to see that pagent or play she had at the end of camp which had to do with her religion. |

yeah...I enthusiasstically follow the vidoe series and read the video threads but after the dissapointment of CiW i kinda am done with ARGs for awhile.
edit: when i say video series i refer to tachyon and OpAphid.

Bree said that Daniel went to her camp the year before also! 
"All my Dad asked him was if he would film the play that we do at the end of the summer camp. Last year Daniel had a lot of fun, or at least I thought that Daniel had a lot of fun, and for him to say that it made him feel uncomfortable, well, that's just Daniel"

It looks like a hotel to me. Bree's father said to meet where they first talked about Feynman, and Jared Diamond, I was trying to see a connection.
In the OpAphid forum they seem convinced that Tachyon and Brother are after Gemma.
I'm trying to fit that in as well |

The way I understand it, Cassie lives (or lived) in Anchor Cove and went to public school there at the same time Bree and Daniel did. Bree only went to public school for a short while and when she was there she met Cassie.
Judging from the Tachyon's letters to Brother, she's been to England and coincidentally had a dog of the same name is the girl Gemma spoke of. The one who 'disappeared' all those years ago.
I think Gemma mentioned (and please correct me if I'm remembering this wrong) that Bree was about eight years old when this girl disappeared.
That means this happened about nine years ago, which, if Tachyon's age description is correct, she would've been about fifteen. Just the right age to star in clandestine ceremonies I suppose...

It might not mean CiW though, it might just be because Bree hasn't heard from her (hence asking Whatever happened to that girl Cassie) and it's saying her stories still being told

Hi.
I just love this video.
I also love the ARG people for finding the hotel and whatanot. they truly do rule.
imo Cassie's not coming back. I think the video in which Bree talked about Cassie was the end of it. imo they're just teasing 'cause it's always a nice topic.
