Wow, these are some great theories. Anyways, as for the Gemma part V video, they might not be planning to kill Gemma, but capture her. The fire alarm is signifigent, because Brother's video's and Tachyon's video show a fire alarm. In Tachon's video she says "Why wait? If that doesn't work we could always set the building on fire." I don't think she would really set the building on fire, but I think she meant she could make it SEEM as if they did by pulling the alarm in the hotel Gemma is at to weed her out. The "Press any key" maybe refering to starting any alarm within the building.

If the order is guarding her, which I assume they are, then Tachyon and Brother can't just walk up to Gemma's hotel room door and grab her because they might run into the order. They put camera's through out the place and in the video Tachyon, said "and now we wait" then she made the comment about why wait then it showed the fire alarm. So, I'm thinking that they might pull the fire alarm to get Gemma to come out, and use the camera's to track her in midst of everyone trying to get out. And then that's when they can grab her. If they capture her then it's possible they plan on making her give up the info she has on the order.

It would make more sense, because why kill someone that you have in plan view, who can give you the information you want to bring down an organization you hate. This is just a theory though. There is many things that could happen.

Could the briefcase be a drop? Probably tricky to work out exactly where, though. But yeah. It could be a weapon-case, but it doesn't seem super-likely.

As for the heartbeat - it's a commonly used sound effect whenever an author wants to stimulate the audience's sense of fear, nerves, and/or anticipation. It makes the audience more aware of their own heartbeat; you might have noticed your heartbeat does sound especially loud when you're afraid (especially when hiding).
Could be significant, but I think not. *shrug*
