Well, if in Bree's religion, they believe in Heaven and Hell, then once Bree's dad died, he went to either one. Now, we don't know why, but Bree's dad may have gone to Hell.

Daniel's strange sense or foreshadowing is a bit creepy.

Yes, I remember it. It was great! DB showed a backbone that would surface again amidst the current dilemma.
He still is the most realistic (and IMHO, BEST) of the characters. An everyman who plays the foil to the eccentric Bree. A perfect match.
He was pretty much at odds with her father most of the time, again realistic given what her father turned out to (?) be... Just because he didn't like her father doesn't mean he doesn't feel Bree's pain at his "death". Either way this was a pretty cool homage to her father and perfectly in character with his mad video editing skillz persona. Remember, he is the one who edited most of the videos. NOT some physician in LA . These are still vlogs unless we are told otherwise...
As for the foreshadowing, who knows how this will all play out... Much stranger things have happened so far!
