What if Bree IS the Holy Grail, "Blood Royal", descendant of Jesus, etc., whether naturally or created from DNA?
This website has an endless amount of information, that, like the Illuminati, can explain a lot of the plot ideas, symbols, clues, etc. we have seen since this whole LG15 started.

I found this quote on the front page which reminded me of the "dead fish" comment by Jonas:
"The great army which will pass the mountains.
Saturn in the Arc turning of the fish Mars:
Poison hidden under the heads of salmon"
It bring up the Masons protecting the Holy Grail in the The Baphomet Revelation. It was a very interesting read.

So, there are a ton of conspiracy theories and information here, but I didn't know if Bree being a descendent of Jesus had been researched. Didn't she say they weren't Christian? That would certainly be correct if she was a descendent of Jesus!!

I was nervous about bringing up the whole "Da Vinci"-type theory but anything is possible. Plus, I just enjoy this research in general and wanted to share the info if others like doing it too.

Wow, awesome theory! I'm a big fan of Illuminati-type theories. I don't think it's been discussed, but it would fit with the Illuminati/FreeMason/KnightsTemplar aspects, wouldn't it?
Lol, maybe they had a recovered bit of Jesus DNA and cloned him into... Bree. Since he is supposed to be of immaculate birth, he wouldn't have the Y chromosome which in non-supernatural births determines male sex because that comes from the father. So by trying to genetically recreate Jesus, he turns into a she. |

Oh dear, the Da Vinci code. Great book, but DULL movie. While the theory is plausible (and interesting, thanks for the sites!) I don't think it will happen.
a. It's already in the media at full force.
b. I'm guessing that some LG15 viewers will feel offended by the portrayal of their religion.
Not really sure how many, but I think the Creators realized that its a bad idea to portray an actual religion. (After all the cacophony from the Religion thread.) Hence Gemma's explanation that "it's not really a religion, more like a secret society"
the Illuminati is a secret society.
So yeah...that's my two cents. Besides, where would they get the DNA to make Bree? For every genuine saint's relic there must be a thousand fake ones. And the possibility that there's a hair lying around from 2000 years ago seems very improbable.

yeahhh that's what i was thinking when i first read it. although i'd be a little offended if this were to happen, i'd be even more likely to stop watching because of how unorigional and boring it would be. |

Yeah, I must say I wouldn't love this theory either.....just a thought. I'd be more interested if Bree was something they created that was "original" in someway.....even "not of this earth" but not a descendent of Jesus.

I suggested this in regard to Jonas' parents disappearing in the Hawaiian Triangle. And the whole genetic manipulation business is a pretty clear ripoff from the X-Files alien breeding UFO theme.
In regard to the Holy Blood, Holy Grail theme, I'd just like to note that there is an emerging belief among some British peerage groups to the effect that Prince William Arthur is a direct descendant of King Arthur. This in itself is pretty far out, but trying to relate someone to Jesus of Nazareth is well nigh impossible. There just isn't much historical evidence. There are even two versions of his genealogy, one from Solomon and one from Solomon's brother. Trying to track his descendants is even more problematic. Even someone as historically prominent as Flavius Josephus has no identifiable descendants in the modern world. As for the suggestion that shows up in the da Vinci and related writings, that records were kept and that the Church was afraid of that information getting out, it's plainly ridiculous. Considering the power of the Church at the time, even if there were incontravertible proof, they could have simply expunged it and everyone related from the record, if one could even imagine how one would prove to be a descendant of one particular 1st Century rabbi.

Luckily, any theory only has to be slightly plausible since the whole thing is far-fetched anyway.
And it doesn't have to be based on ANY fact if the Creators decide that's how they want it.
I think it's funny when people talk about something not being likely, or how there are no facts to support it, or how crazy something sounds when the whole thing isn't realistic!
