After going through about 40 pages of searches on google images, I'm still unable to find the picture there.
I have used the search Terms "Doctor" "Doctors" "Dr." "Surgeon" "Surgeons"
and I'm still unable to come up with that picture. Next I will try yahoo...

It was a yet another professional step-up from her last video. Darker, and using reverse audio. the creator of this video is getting much better.

It would appear she's had someone implanted into her. So I would assume the guy in the mask would be her brief memory of whoever did the implanting.
