As far as this user goes, I do recall seeing some of these videos posted as replies to lg15 videos on the front page. hmmm... We'll have to wait for further developments...

Well it's encoded with the vigenere Cipher because it says so on the side. Decoded of Vigenere cipher's can be done with this tool:

You're right, this does bear a peculiar resemblence to Ops latest video; especially the map and the triangulation - and this video came out first!
I'm thinking we definitely need to keep an eye on this user along with TravelerJ19. Interesting.

could Call of Duty 2 be part of the key? I have NO idea how...but it must be on the screen for SOME blasted reason.
Also, his first video...I wish someone could speed up that dang slow mo voice over. I have no ability to do it. Further more...interesting how the feed had a hard to read sign in the corner saying "Audio Only" in the first vid.
Anyone have ability to speed up the message in the first vid?

Thanks for the link! As to the key...well, can keys be any amount of words, or usually just one? I'm wondering if 'Thomas Rose' is the key, (even though, honestly, that's a bit too obvious...isn't it...)?
Perhaps one of the tags...like 'memoiral', (misspelling is SSAlexander's), or maybe even 'war memorial', (since Call of Duty 2 is a war game).
