Not exactly. Watchers were angels too, but they bedded down with humans and begat the Nephilim. They were cast out of Heaven for this transgression, not for rebellion.

Actually, Kasdeja was a Watcher...and was cast out of Heaven for teaching humans demonic practices and one of the seven leaders of the Apostate angels.
