I had 2 ideas...
1 - Like the Cell phone and the hidden cams in D-Bones room... Maybe there is something messing with the signal???

I've notice the graininess before. It's almost a wierd haze. It appears in almost any vid that Bree shoots in the "Library"('Daniel is a Liar & Time to Grow Up). It is also really odd in Jonas's '45 Seconds' vid - almost like a hologram over his right shoulder.
I think it's just a lighting issue. It looks like there is probably a window that allows natural light in from the left and it kind of messes with the quality.
But....it could be a layer, possible an innocent one. Maybe they don't always have access to that location, so they layer that image in the background? |

Oh good gravy...not in the way of the DB infamy...more in the Creators cutting corners kind of way....sheesh!
edit: Did I mention that the hologram looks like Random/McPhee - and she looks alot like the op chick who has bangs similar to gemmas & cassie's which would obviously make Bree = Cassie and Jonas = brother?
