So I've been listening to trainer101's video that contains the full version of What Time Is It? and I've been wondering what the lyrics are. I pretty sure I've misheard a LOT of these lyrics, unless the song is really funky like that. Correct me, and I'll edit my post.


The different text colors are various possibilities as to what the text may be. So it's debatable~ Same goes for the ones with (?). Feel free to contemplate those!

"The term 'G-Man' was also as used at least as far back as 1916 in Ireland as a reference to the detectives of the Dublin Metropolitan Police force's "G" Division, whose job it was to collect information on the various revolutionaries within the city."

I also think the G-man might be a reference to himself (Glenn Rubenstein) as it has a rap feel and name checking yourself is a long standing rap tradition.

Okay, I did some more listening, cuz you did all the hard work. Some of the references that you missed...well, you have to be a whole lot older (iow, ancient like me ) to pick up on... I can't for the life of me pick up on the part where the helicopter gets loud, and there are still a couple of places I'm unsure of, as well as one other place at the beginning I just can't get... <shaking head>

Yep, I knew what WASP was (that's why I put it into caps ) - just wasn't altogether sure what it meant in that context...

Now, that "PIM"... I'm thinking let's remove that if it's "I'm"? What do y'all think...?

Sure wish we could get the part after "efforts with a" and the part that the helicopter drowns out!!

My thoughts on "The Originator"...
I think it probably starts off with "Ill shit starter, the originator."
The more and more I listen to that song, it seems like it fits the most.


And that helicopter gets REALLY loud after that one point.
I wonder if we'll ever figure that one out.
Maybe we need someone with the hearing of a bat.
