I think Alex is going to double cross them. But shouldn't the order know where Alex's house in Mexico is at.  Why have they not tried to find them yet?

I didn't hear "I've" I thought she said "I recorded the message they wanted." I'm not being picky; that difference is a big one. If she said "I," it is obvious she means that one message. But "I've" has a different connotation, like she had another message to record before she could apologize or something.
