You should start searching for a GIF program on the internet. You can get a free trial of a program called GIF Movie Gear which I think is the best program I've tried (believe me I've tried LOADS.)
When you download that read the program's help file to get started, but if you get stuck come back to me in this thread and I'll help you out. |

I've been using a program called UnFreez for years.
It's prettymuch drag and drop the files you want into the window. THe only catch is that all the pictures you start with need to be .GIF format
