Most members of the Hymn of One are very naïve, and don't know anything about the Order whatsoever. Many members live in controlled [[commune|communities]], made up entirely of Hymn of One members.

According to Sonia, members of the Hymn of One apparently beleive in the principles of the "Eternal Hand." Though full details of the "Eternal Hand" remain unknown, Sonia [[They Beat Her!!!|further explained]] that it is based in trust and that ''"the primary relationship in the Hymn of One is the group. In the YouTube comments to the video [[Boy Problems...]] Bree first mentions that one of the reasons her parents would never allow her to date [[Daniel]] is their belief in purity bonds. Fans at the time, who would comb over the comments to every video, googled the phrase "purity bonds" and discovered that it did not appear to be used in any real religion.

Most people believed the purity bond to be something similar to a virginity pledge, where a young man or woman pledges not to have sex before marriage. Most signs pointed to Bree's religion having a connection to [[Aleister Crowley]], but Crowley was known to be quite open about his sexuality.

In the video [[My Difficult Decision]] Bree says that her parents told her that she had violated her purity bond by sneaking out to meet Daniel and by kissing him.

The purity bond has not been mentioned since, and it is unclear if Bree still feels bound by it, whatever it was.

The remainder of the questions seem to gear around one simplified answer. The party was a gathering of member of the Hymn of One. Either they were all completely taken aback to see two members of the internationally known Resistance at their party, or this was all stages to lure them into speaking about Bree and leading them to her. While the debate is still wavering along, the clear solution here is that the party was in fact a gather of the Order and the fact that Daniel and Jonas, two people who are publicly known as against the Order, made them completely uncomfortable. They probably thought that Jonas and Daniel knew what was going on, and possibly Alex was in on it. Remember though, none of this has really been confirmed. It's been hinted at, but not directly confirmed yet. While we can probably safely assume this with the appearance of attendees of the party within the Hymn of One videos, we can not 100% say for sure just yet.
