Does anybody else think that the featured article should be at the top of the page?  Maybe somebody could try making the top header smaller and sticking it to above the table and using the white space above Latest Developments for the featured article. == Alex to migrate to main page? ==

I know this has already been debated, but I think that Alex should be moved to the Main Page very soon.
Some people have said she shouldn't because she's not a blogger like Bree, Daniel, Gemma and Jonas; I still consider her a main character. No one ever really said that all main characters have to be bloggers...

No i don't believe that she should, Because the main characters on the main page, are in all or most of the videos and shes not in that many, I think that it would just be safe to keep her in the supporting characters section, unless she becomes a character that should be put on the main page. 

But thats my personal opinion.

: In my opinion we should change the title from "Main Charcters" to "Bloggers" to try and avoid this confussion, because you can argue forever as to what constitutes a main character, as seen above in the "Gemma" section, with people thinking Bree's Parents should be in there. I think we should go down the route of simplicity and have it as bloggers, since these are the charcters we are connected to, since we see it through there point of view. Just my opinion. Okay, I think maybe it's time for Alex to hit the main page - she posted her first blog. Yes, I know it's officially a DB vid but it's still technically by Alex. All Daniel really did was hold the camera :P

::Not sure I understand the obsession with moving Alex to the main page.  It's not you personally, AccordianGuy--people have been anticipating this since the [[Uncle Dan]] days.  I think it's a little premature and we should give the character a chance to really become "main" before adding her.  In the meantime, though, if you feel like searching for some nice picture of her that we can use, you can go ahead and do so.  You can post them here for others to chime in on which they like. == NBR on main page? ==

JayHenry put  Nikki Bowers latest video on the back on th main page, after I deleted it .   I thhought that the main page and the video list were only supposed to include canon videos.  on the list of videos talk it was decided that even the tachyon and brother videos don't belong. :I added it following the conversation at [[Talk:Following the Drugs!! - NBR Investigates]].  Nikki's video is included because it's difficult to understand the series without it.  The [[List of Lonelygirl15 videos]] reflects those videos that appear on the left sidebar of lonelygirl15.com.  But the Main Page does not follow this same guideline. == Video Descriptions ==

Just wondering, as this seems slightly better: have we ever considered writing our own descriptions to the new videos instead of copying and pasting the ones used when the videos are posted to Revver? We could make these descriptions shorter and more useful. When the videos are posted, they usually don't summarize the video because why would Bree, etc. tell you exactly what the video was about before you watched it? :Yeah, I seem to remember that we decided that writing our own descriptions would be better. Just most of the time no one does probably because it's easier to just copy/paste the description from the video. ::Well, I changed them. However, I'm  not sure if I like them or not -- so if anyone has any improvements/re-writes which would make them better, please add them! I think they're slightly longer than the original descriptions, which is bad in my opinion, since I already think the right column is too long. == Smosh ==

Some time last night Smosh overtook LG15 and became the most-subscribed channel on all of YouTube.  Lonelygirl15 had been at the top for over 7 months.  Does anyone think we should mention this somewhere?  Maybe in recent developments?  Maybe just in the [[lonelygirl15]] article? I think we need to add something for the Characters.. like a link to the new [[Characters]] page? And of course my [[Relationships]] page which I have been so vying for xP  And hm, I think we should add links to the [[:Category:Notable details|Notable Details]] and [[:Category:Theories and speculation|theories and speculation]] categories, although maybe we should have pages summarizing this instead of just linking to the cats. themselves.  Really, other than that though, I think the encyclopedia section contains just about everything we'd need?  Yeah, I just think adding those links would help.  And if people agree, etc, I'm happy to make summary pages for notable details and theories and speculation.  Just er, let me know if its something that sounds good and I'll get right on that!

* [[Locations]] &mdash; Yes, after a possible redesign? Currently the page is looking a bit shabby. Perhaps we could fix it up like we did the List of Videos and just recently the List of Characters?
* [[Bree's religion]] &mdash; Yes, a very big part in the plot.
* [[:Category:Theories and speculation|Theories and Speculation]] &mdash; Yes, speculation is very much so important, especially for newcomers to understand it all.
* [[:Category:Notable details|Notable details]] &mdash; No. They are tiny little details that are probably not worth mentioning.

I think that's modified to what everyone said.  I (with the help of [[User:Psmith|Psmith]], have gotten the [[Theories and Speculation]] page looking halfway decent, although I'd love opinons on that before we go "live" with it (aka put it on the front page).  But yeah, once that is worked out, does everyone agree with having the encyclopedia section as above?  The majority seemed to vote against having a "Notable Details" page, so I didn't bother.
