YouTube is a popular Web site that was used to first introduce the LG15 series. YouTube allows anyone with an internet account and a camera to post homemade videos online.

Lonelygirl15 is the most-subscribed user on YouTube. Originally, the videos on lonelygirl15.com and Bree's MySpace account were hosted by YouTube, but beginning with A Change In My Life, they were hosted on Revver.

Videos are currently posted on both YouTube and Revver. The videos often appear on Revver first. Since Revver pays video creators, this may be a strategy to drive more traffic to the Revver version of videos.
