She really looks weak, her eyes.. Look like she didn't get any sleep for ages, her body language is timid and lazy, the tone of her voice is monotonous. I know this could be the light but her skin looks pale to me too. How long did the ceremony took? 3 days?

Looking at Bree you think she donated a bucket full of blood.. Or that she had to go through major surgery. I hope she gets back to her normal self soon.. Whatever that is!

One thing that caught my attention is that she tends to hold her "stuffed friends" anytime she has an emotion to share so I would expect her to do just that in a moment like this when she is feeling sad and weak.. But she does not and that increases the sensation of blue feeling. Hey Mr PM where are you when you are really needed?

So in the end Bree had no need of being helped, other than being comforted by Lucy's presence, and to be honest I'm not surprised at all for she is clever and commited. This ceremony felt to me as a beautifull way to convey respect, discipline and commitment to develop the self.. Something everyone needs really bad being a teenager. I'd wish I did too..
