Usage
This template is for situations where a spambot has been identified, but no administrator is at hand to ban it right away.
Put it on the bot's user-page, pass a list of the spammed pages as the parameter (preferrably links to specific revisions), and the template will automatically put the bot into Category:Active Spambots, so the returning admins only have to ban everybody who's currently in that category.
After a spambot has been banned, simply append "-banned" to the template name.
