This was confirmed via a mssage from the creators on the Yousef Abu-Taleb's talk page signed with all the actors including jackie. It is also apparent from her [1]. MySpace page that she's definitely Gemma.
It is not yet clear if the surname Jandrell has been officially confirmed or what the source of that confirmation is.
