In the YouTube tags for the Shadow of Death video the word "seeker" is listed. This seems very similar to the word "tracker" used in the LondonFiles and may indicate a person who is sent by the Order to retrieve or "seek for" a person they want. At this stage this is purely speculation other than the presence of the tag on a video where the Order appears to be searching for Emma.
