Tariq: Uhm, I guess I owe you guys an explanation. Because a lot of you have been involved with the whole thing between me and Kate. It's been pretty up and down. And now it's over. Me and Kate are finished.
Kate: (in clip from A Friendly Lie) I know what you're thinking but I didn't have it planned out.
Tariq: It's a relief you know. I mean, I wish her well. And I hope she's okay. And she's right. She's got to go on her own way. And there's so much I want to do around here. Me and Gav have got enough problems of our own.
Gavin: (in clip from Gavin Steps Up): We're meant to be making a go at this business. Not making peace between your mental bird and her creepy friends.
Tariq: So, uhm, me and Gavin have got a great thing going here... we could really make a success of this, so onwards and upwards. (closes laptop)
